Fjällräven Polar 2024: Your journey starts here

300km of Arctic wilderness, 180 skilled sled dogs, a handful of experts, and a small group of people, just like you. This is Fjällräven Polar.

Welcome! We’re so glad you want to join the journey to Fjällräven Polar 2024.

Next April, 20 people from across the globe will come together for a 300km dog sledding expedition across the Scandinavian Arctic tundra – and we’re inviting anyone curious enough to apply for a place.

Following Fjällräven’s mission: to inspire the world to walk with nature – this expedition proves that with the right equipment and the right knowledge, anyone can enjoy nature in Arctic conditions, regardless of previous outdoor experience.

More information about Fjällräven Polar 2024 will be available on this page from Monday 16th October 2023. However, you can start your journey towards the expedition today by pre-registering for the global launch event, which takes place on Monday 30th October 2023 at 16:00 CET.

This event will give you a true flavour of expedition life above the Arctic Circle, along with all the information you need on how to apply and become a Fjällräven Polar 2024 team member. The global launch event is not a mandatory part of the application process, but will give you a good head start.

Here’s what you can look forward to during the event:

  • An expedition introduction by Fjällräven’s Global Event Manager, Carl Hård af Segerstad
  • Fjällräven Polar 2024: What to expect, the route, and life in the Arctic
  • A fireside chat with expedition alumni on the impact of Fjällräven Polar
  • How to apply for Fjällräven Polar 2024
  • Key dates

Pre-register to the event here.

Fjällräven believes anyone can become an Arctic explorer. This once-in-a-lifetime adventure proves it.

See you at the global launch event!
